From the Middle East, this one has roots in Turkey with added Mint, Urfa Chillies, Sumac and Citrus. Vibrant colour and aroma, fresh but with powerful undertones!! Can be used with hummus, flatbreads, roasted veg or to make lamb koftas, bbq chicken or season kebabs.

Method:

Add Baharat to chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables or bread. Apply to moist meat and allow to marinade. For best results cook in the oven or indirect on the BBQ.
