Paprika - Spanish Mild Ground
Mild sweet paprika has a sweet flavour with tangy notes. Traditionally, the pepper dries in the sun before being milled into a fine powder. Unlike its cousin pimenton dulce, the powder does not have a smoky taste.
Mild sweet paprika is a worldwide spice, used in Mexican spice blends such as fajita and the Middle Eastern baharat. Add this paprika to meat, fish and shellfish marinades or sprinkle over boiled eggs. Alternatively stir through fish or chicken batter, use in potato and pasta salads or even a risotto!
