Si has been building his incredible barbecue and pizza skills for a number of years and we have managed to talk him into delivering classes for us here at The Barbecue Shack School of Fire.
Si cooks on a kamado, a pellet grill and a wood fired pizza oven and has used these to great effect in delivering barbecue and pizza excellence and luckily for you Si is happy to pass on his skills.

Jay has been a customer of The Barbecue Shack for some time now and she specialises in breads on the barbecue, mainly her kamado but will soon be using her Gozney Dome!

Simon was born and bred in South Africa and brings the South African Braai style of cooking to us here in Devon.
Simon runs Devon Braai and runs lessons on Braai cooking at his place as well as the UK Barbecue School and of course with us.
